Privacy notice
What this website collects
The H³ Framework website itself collects no personal data. We do not run web analytics, do not set first-party cookies, and do not store visitor information server-side. The site is a static page; nothing you do here is logged by us.
When you click "Book a discovery call"
The button takes you to Calendly, an independent third-party scheduling service. Calendly may set cookies and process personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy. When you book a slot, your name, email address, and chosen time are sent to us via Calendly so we can prepare for the conversation.
When you contact us by email
Emailing the address revealed in the footer creates an ordinary email record retained for follow-up. We treat the contents of that exchange as confidential and use them only to respond to your inquiry.
Lawful basis and retention
Personal data we receive through bookings or email exchanges is processed under the lawful basis of legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry and conducting subsequent business communication, where applicable). We retain it for as long as the conversation remains active and for a reasonable archival period thereafter. We do not share it with third parties except where strictly required to deliver a service you have requested.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, use the contact details below.
When we contact you about our services
Lean Tech BV (Simplification Officers, H³ Framework) may contact professionals whose role involves software development or AI adoption in organisations we could work with, to offer an H³ cycle. Contact is one to one, by a person, never automated.
What we hold
To make that contact relevant, we compile a professional profile: your name, organisation, role and career, your public professional statements (posts, talks, articles, interviews, your organisation's vacancies and announcements), and a contact address. It includes our working notes on how your role may relate to AI adoption. We never collect information about your private life, family, health or home.
Where it comes from
Your organisation's website, press and trade media, public registers, your own public channels, and information you made available to your LinkedIn connections, including contact details. Our first message to you says where we found your address.
Why we may do this
Our legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): offering a service that is relevant to your professional role. We have documented the assessment behind this and can share it on request.
Who sees it
Only the person who contacts you. We do not share your data with third parties. Service providers for cloud storage, email and AI-assisted research process it on our behalf.
How long
At most 12 months after our last contact, unless we are in an active conversation. Not everyone we research is contacted; research on people we never contact is deleted within 12 months. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your name, email address and the date, so that we never contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you can object at any time to being contacted: reply "no" to our message, or write to the address below. We stop immediately. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Terms of use
This website is informational. No products or services are sold on this site. Bookings made via Calendly initiate a discovery conversation; any subsequent engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
We make no warranty, express or implied, about the suitability of the H³ framework for any specific organisation. Decisions to engage with H³ are made on the reader's own assessment.
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access non-public portions of the site or its infrastructure, and not to reproduce or republish its content without permission.
