Privacy notice

What this website collects

The H³ Framework website itself collects no personal data. We do not run web analytics, do not set first-party cookies, and do not store visitor information server-side. The site is a static page; nothing you do here is logged by us.

When you click "Book a discovery call"

The button takes you to Calendly, an independent third-party scheduling service. Calendly may set cookies and process personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy. When you book a slot, your name, email address, and chosen time are sent to us via Calendly so we can prepare for the conversation.

When you contact us by email

Emailing the address revealed in the footer creates an ordinary email record retained for follow-up. We treat the contents of that exchange as confidential and use them only to respond to your inquiry.

Lawful basis and retention

Personal data we receive through bookings or email exchanges is processed under the lawful basis of legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry and conducting subsequent business communication, where applicable). We retain it for as long as the conversation remains active and for a reasonable archival period thereafter. We do not share it with third parties except where strictly required to deliver a service you have requested.

This website is informational. No products or services are sold on this site. Bookings made via Calendly initiate a discovery conversation; any subsequent engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

We make no warranty, express or implied, about the suitability of the H³ framework for any specific organisation. Decisions to engage with H³ are made on the reader's own assessment.
