H³ carries our name when you deliver it, so we are careful about who runs it. Read these before you book, it saves us both a call.
This is for you if
- You already run facilitation, coaching, or transformation work with mid-to-large organisations.
- You have working AI literacy, enough to hold a room of engineers and skeptics.
- You want a proven cycle to deliver well, under your own name.
This is not the fit if
- You are new to facilitation and looking for a first methodology to learn on.
- You want a self-serve product to run from the docs, with no real commitment.
- You are hoping to put your label on H³ without meeting the bar to deliver it.
How the commercials work
You only pay the royalty when you actually sign a client.
The shape is simple, and it is the same posture as the framework itself: skin in the game on both sides. We name the exact numbers on the call, scaled to your track.
An initial licence fee
Paid when you join. It covers the Licensee Pack, the right to deliver under the H³ name, and (for the Coach track) the co-facilitated first cycle.
A royalty per Sponsor you sign
Owed only when you actually sign a Sponsor. A fixed amount per engagement, not a cut of your pricing, and nothing owed until you book real work.
Your prices stay yours
You set what you charge your client. You get guidance on positioning, but the number on your invoice is your call.
Light reporting
A short quarterly list of the Sponsors you have signed. That is the whole of the paperwork.

I already have my own method.
Most of our coaches do. H³ does not replace your judgement; it is a proven cycle and a full asset bundle you would otherwise spend a year building. You bring the room. H³ gives it shape.

Will I be locked in?
No. You deliver under your own name, to your own clients, at your own prices. The royalty is per Sponsor you sign, not a subscription, and either side can end the licence on 30 days notice.

Is my client base right for this?
If you work with mid-to-large organisations that keep launching AI pilots that do not stick, yes. The licensing call is partly there to check that fit honestly, both ways.

Do I have to find every client myself?
Not entirely, and this is specific to the Coach tier. We run the discovery calls booked through this site ourselves. When a Sponsor qualifies and we are not taking the engagement, we connect them to a Trusted Coach, chosen mainly by location. It is non-exclusive and there is no guaranteed volume: you still build your own book, but you are not starting from a standing start. Consultants on the solo tier source their own clients.
